Many times a single repository isn't sufficient as the source of changes for triggering builds. In our particular case, we have plans that need to observe (and consume) multiple Mercurial source repositories and also consider additional binary repositories in conjunction. If any of these change, we want to rebuild with the aggregate of the changelogs of all repositories noted as the build reason.
