Preview option before we run Global expiry job manually

      Raising from a community post:

      Problem Definition 

      Currently, when we click "Run Now" under Expiry settings in Global expiry configuration, Bamboo deletes all the expired data using the global and plan override expiry configuration. There is no way to preview what is going to be deleted.

      Suggested Solution 

      It would be great if there is a Preview button like Dry run that, when clicked, lists the list of artifacts that are eligible to get deleted when we click Run now

      Workaround

      For now, the only way to find the current list of build and deployment artifacts that are eligible to get deleted can be found by running a database query.
