There are Repository trigger, Polling and Scheduled job already available in Bamboo. But e some projects don't use version control tool and still want to trigger job when there is a change in the directory. In that case, they won't be able to use current trigger options.  Bamboo has to check the folder at some interval and trigger a plan only if there is new file/change in the directory. It is similar to Jenkins FSTrigger plugin.I believe this trigger feature is must have and help users.
