AWS CodeDeploy task displays limited list of AWS regions

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to plan configuration
2. Add AWS CodeDeploy task

Expected Results

Configuration will allow to use all regions where AWS CodeDeploy is supported

Actual Results

Limited list of regions is displayed (eu-west-2 / London missing)

Suggested Solution

Obtain list of supported regions from https://pricing.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/offers/v1.0/aws/AWSCodeDeploy/current/region_index.json which will avoid a Bamboo release (and associated delay) every time AWS launch a new region. This is a recurring issue.
