Problem Definition

The current dedicated agent functionality is a two way relationship. The agent is dedicated to the plan or build AND the plan or build is dedicated to the agent. This is a one to one relationship.

Suggested Solution

It would be great if other agents can perform build on a plan that have agent dedication, or agent priority. A Agent would be defined in a priority Queue. Then if the plan or build requires an Agent, Agents in this que will be chosen first. If none of these agents are available, then other Agents could then be used in the queue'd.

Why this is important

When Bamboo becomes busy, administrators can define agents that can not be used by there plans and builds. This way, this queue always has a group of agents dedicated to this plan or build. But this plan or build could also use the other Agents when this plan requires it. This plan or build could be high enough priority that it would need to overflow into the other Agents.
