Suppress first build action when publishing from Bamboo Specs

      Problem Definition

      When publishing a plan with a trigger (e.g. Bitbucket Server repository triggered) in Bamboo Specs, Bamboo will run a first build of the plan. This is aligned with how the UI operates.

      Suggested Solution

      Property to suppress the first build of the plan, so that it only occurs on a repository commit or manual build.

      Workaround

      Remove the trigger and add it on a second publish.
