Retain parent build linkage when a build is rerun

Today, when a build that was originally triggered as a dependent of another plan will show the parent linkage.

However, when that build is rerun, the actual link on the page goes away and the "rerun" message shows up.  To get the parent linkage, I have to click the metadata tab and then cut-n-paste the key to get it back.

Please display the "rerun" message, but retain the parent build linkage.
