Bamboo should rotate all its log files enabled in a default installation

Problem:

As an admin I would expect that any application should be able to manage its logs growth by itself. We should not need to discover what logs are growing fast and creating routines or cron jobs to limit them. The application should have at least a customizable way to manage those limits, rotating the logs.

Proposed solution:

All the log files enabled by default should be rotated. This rotation should be easily customizable through the application UI or configuration log file.

This will not solve the problem for the following files enabled by default:
access_log.<DATE>, catalina.<DATE>.log, host-manager.<DATE>.log, localhost.<DATE>.log or manager.<DATE>.log
