Scheduled trigger time editor is not correctly loading previously configured time

      Problem:

      After configuring the schedule build trigger for any time ending with 05min (e.g. 12:05 AM), if you try to edit the time it will not correctly load the minutes to the form if the time saved before is ending with 05min. It only happens in this case.

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to *(your plan) >> Actions >> Plan configuration >> Triggers
      2. Create a new trigger of type Scheduled
      3. Set the time for 12:05 AM and click Done
      4. Edit the time again and observe the from with the wrong result loaded 12:00 AM
