Unable to save task in Internet Explorer 11

Environment

• Internet Explorer 11 (tested with 11.0.9600.17031)

Steps to Reproduce

SSH and SCP task

1. Create a SSH or SCP task in a Job
2. Press save

Source Code Checkout, Script task, or NUnit Runner Task

1. Create a Source Code Checkout task or Script task in a job
2. Press save

Expected Results

Task is saved

Actual Results

SSH and SCP task

The following error is shown in the UI

An unexpected error has occurred
TypeError: Object doesn't support property or method 'startsWith'

Source Code Checkout, Script task, NUnit Runner Task

The save loads indefinitely.

Despite the errors on both scenarios, the changes are still saved.

Workaround

1. download bamboo.js
2. go to <bamboo-install>/atlassian-bamboo/scripts and move bamboo.js onto a different location outside Bamboo's directory
3. place bamboo.js onto <bamboo-install>/atlassian-bamboo/scripts
4. clear the IE 11 cache
