Add AWS EFS (Elastic File System) Support

      It would be great if we could have the option to mount an Amazon EFS file system to the EC2 instance started up from Bamboo, similar to what we do when we select and attach an Amazon EBS (Elastic Block Storage) volume to the EC2 instance.
