Document the use of CVS alias and CVS Ampersand in Bamboo.

      As per BAM-1225, Bamboo does't support CVS alias modules but there is a current workaroundd using CVS Ampersand modules

      The only place we mentions this is in the Bamboo 1.0.3 Release notes,

      • "In this release, the focus has been on improving SVN integration (detection of SVN Externals) and CVS integration (detection of ampersand modules)."

      Should we split up http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/1.7+Specifying+a+Plan%27s+Source+Repository into three child-pages? One for perforce, CVS and Subversion?
