Currently, you can configure child dependencies on the parent build plan. Unfortunately, this seems backwards for a microservice componentized architecture. Every parent shouldn't have to know about it's potentially hundred children. Every new project added should just be able to configure it's projects that it is dependent on so when one of them changes, the child plan is built.
