Bamboo is creating duplicated plan branches when a branch is created in Bitbucket

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install a Bamboo instance
2. Connect it to Bitbucket through an application link
3. Stop the Bamboo instance
4. Install another Bamboo instance with the exact same Base URL used in step 1
5. Connect it to Bitbucket through an application link (you will be able to create the application link since the server ID is different)
6. Create a linked repository to a repository in Bitbucket
7. Create a plan and associate it to a Bitbucket repository linked
8. Configure the automatic plan branch creation for this plan
9. In Bitbucket, create a branch in the repository linked

Expected results:

One plan branch is created in Bamboo

Actual results:

Two plan branches are created in Bamboo
