While the Bamboo project and plan name are provided together in bamboo_buildPlanName and bamboo_planName environment variables, they can't be 100% reliably parsed as the " - " character sequence is valid in project and plan names themselves.

There is a bamboo_shortPlanName environment variable, but nothing for the project name.
