Hi Atlassian,

I have a large repository ("Boost" from www.boost.org) with >100 submodules. I am caching the main git repository on the agents, but right now the git clone is taking a lot of time due to the fact that the caching works only for the main repository and not for the submodules.

It would be great if Bamboo is also able to cache submodules on agents:

• overall speedup of large projects
• making builds more robust because they would be more agnostic to network outages (which happens quite often)
