The build time returned by getLatestBuildResult API call is wrong.

As per BSP-317 - see screenshots attached to this issue.

I was also able to replicate this locally - calling getLatestBuildResult returned

      ......
     <buildTime>2007-10-04 15:50:39</buildTime>
</response>

Where as, Bamboo recorded it as "Build completed on Oct 4, 2007 3:52:11 PM - 22 hours ago".
