Bamboo doesn't properly render a JIRA project name written in Chinese.

Environment

Steps to Reproduce

• Create an application link between Bamboo and JIRA.
• Create a project in JIRA with a Chinese name (e.g. "character test" translated by Google): 性格測試
• Run a build in Bamboo.
• From the Build Summary page, select the "Actions" drop-down, and select "Create Issue".
• Select the "Projects" drop-down.

Expected Results

The project name should display the correct Chinese characters that are visible in JIRA.

Actual Results

The project name displays incorrect characters.

Workaround

None.

Notes

The issue does get created in the correct JIRA project.
