Rename User Management feature in Bamboo

We recently upgraded to Bamboo v3.2. People with administrative access were confused by the "User Management" option in the administrative menu. Since it's in the same spot as the "Users" option in previous Bamboo versions, they instinctively went there thinking that's where they could do things like add users to groups and other user management operations. There has just been some general confusion which I think could be resolved by:

• Renaming it to something like "User Authentication" or "User Sources"
• Moving that option somewhere else in the "Security" section.

I agree with this point, Confluence equivalent of User Management appears at the bottom of the Security items and we should rename User Management to User Repositories
