"Detected that parent plan using the same source. Updating to <revision>" missing from build log

Summary

When a child plan with an SVN repository detects that the parent plan is using a repository with the same URL the revision is set to the same as the parent it logs the following message to the application logs and not to the build log:

Detected that parent plan 'SVN - SVNPARENT' using the same source. Updating to 9

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create parent plan with SVN repository
2. Create child plan with the same SVN repository as parent
3. Create the parent -> child dependency
4. Build

Expected Results

Log message is displayed in both application and build log.

Actual Results

Log message is displayed only in the application log.
