When Bamboo posts a build to Bitbucket Server, it isn't always posting a direct link to the build. Sometimes, it just posts a link to the branch. I can't figure out the pattern for when it only posts to the branch and not the actual build. It still posts the build number in the REST response, so Bitbucket Server can say "Build #5 successful" but the URL doesn't go straight to build 5.

The builds url points to https://engservices-bamboo.internal.atlassian.com/browse/OE-ONE425, but it should be https://engservices-bamboo.internal.atlassian.com/browse/OE-ONE-425 (note the dash between ONE and 425)
