Steps to reproduce

1. Identify a plan that currently has failing tests.
2. Configure it to send you emails for "All Builds Completed".
3. Run the plan.

Actual result

When the notification email is received, there will be

• no tests listed under the "Tests" section, and
• there are two broken links: The "Tests" heading itself and the "View full test details" link both link to "com.atlassian.bamboo.chains.ChainFilteredTestResult=
  s@747350f2/browse/UPGRADE-SMOKE-225/test"

Expected result

There should be a listing of all the broken tests under the "Tests" heading and the "Tests" heading and the "View full test details" link should be valid links that point back to the relevant build result test summary page on the Bamboo instance.

We first had a report of this problem after our upgrade from 5.11.0-m369 to 5.12.0-m427. We are still experiencing it in 5.13.0-m533.
