MStest is now considered a legacy tool within the .NET developer community, VStest has been developed to replace the unit test runner within Visual Studio and is the de facto standard for Visual Studio 2013 or newer.

Bamboo still does provide a "VStest Runner" Task to facilitate the easy adoption of this tool, forcing teams to script the process themselves and invoke that script from Bamboo, a very disjointed and inelegant process.

What we need is a Task type that will invoke VSTest (fundamentally similar to MSTest) and then parse the results file (fundamentally identical to the existing MSTest parser and MSTest runner tasks).
