Unsuccessful: create index repocommits_changesetid_idx on REPOSITORY_CHANGESET (CHANGESET_ID)

Hi, Bamboo team

We had followed this document https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamkb/unsuccessful-create-index-error-in-logs-using-mysql-393283846.html and applied the scripts attached to our testing environment. The bamboo server has been restarted.

However the error didn't go away.
