Allow skinning or change in theme

      It would be nice to allow skinning or 'theming' of Bamboo, much like Jira allows for a custom logo and color scheme. While the Bamboo logo and blue theme are lovely, it would be cool to have the ability to change it to match our Jira installation and fly the banner of our corporate identity.
