Summary

When applying a new license to Bamboo, the Maximum number of elastic agents in the elastic bamboo config is reset back to "5".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Bamboo Admin >> Elastic Bamboo >> Configuration >> Edit Configuration
2. Under Elastic Agents change the Maximum number of elastic agents to 1
3. Go to Bamboo Admin >> System >> License details and apply a new license (or re-apply the same license)

Expected Results

Maximum number of elastic agents should remain set to the specified value (1 in this example)

Actual Results

Maximum number of elastic agents is reset back to the default value of 5

Workaround

The max number of agents needs to be manually set again after applying a new license
