Installer logs for Windows Installer

Currently we have no logs for the Bamboo Windows Installer execution. This is very important as it is when the user sets both the installation and home directories for Bamboo. It is also during this process that the installer detects whether there's an existing Bamboo installation in the system, and if we choose to update the existing install, it's also during this process that the old files are removed and the new ones extracted to that directory. All those steps happen during the installation process in Windows and there's no log file for that. If anything goes wrong, due to the absence of installer logs, users might not be able to get a clear indication of what didn't work.
