Remote Trigger IP field is not able to use CIDR annotation

      Summary

      As per Bamboo 5.11.1 release, it should now be possible to use CIDR annotation.

      Expected Results

      Able to use CIDR annotations.

      Current Results

      Not able to use CIDR annotations. When attempting to save trigger. Error message is returned.
