Health Check plugin - "max_allowed_packets" for MySQL should be "max_allowed_packet"

When the health check plugin reports a value not recommended for the * max_allowed_packet* setting for MySQL, it reports the variable name incorrectly as max_allowed_packets

Can this be amended to show the correct variable name of max_allowed_packet
