AWS CodeDeploy is not displaying all regions

      Summary

      Not all regions are listed in the AWS CodeDeploy task. As per the documentation http://docs.aws.amazon.com/codedeploy/latest/userguide/how-to-set-up-new-instance.html , there should be more regions but currently only a few are listed.
