It looks like there may be an issue with Bamboo Remote Agents merging the variables of system and user-level PATH environment variables, which is only currently verified for Windows machines. Only the user-level value is currently being used by the Remote Agent, even if both variables do exist.

This may affect instances that depend on user-level override values, and would cause problems.
