Search available groups functionality - similar to search users.

      On some Bamboo instances, with LDAP integrated there may be excessive of 100+ groups depending on how the LDAP is configured.

      In such a scenario, the user needs to look through all the available group list on the ViewGroups page - A better solution would be to let the user search for groups by name. This is very simliar to the search user functionality in the ViewUsers page.
