5.10 no longer shipping mail and activation jar

      In 5.9 the files mail-1.4.1.jar and activation-1.1.1.jar were included in the download archive.
      Since 5.10 they are not.

      Documentation still says they are: https://confluence.atlassian.com/bamboo/configuring-bamboo-to-send-smtp-email-289276984.html#ConfiguringBambootosendSMTPEmail-ConfiguringemailnotificationsforGmail

      Please check maven build file.
