Define a build which creates a shared artifact which has some accented characters e.g. ūmläüt.txt.
Run an export, which includes the Artifacts.

Export has failed. Errors encountered while exporting: artifacts/TESTPROJECT-UML/shared/build-00001/umlaut_test/ūmläüt.txt (java.io.CharConversionException: artifacts/TESTPROJECT-UML/shared/build-00001/umlaut_test/ūmläüt.txt (entry name not encodable with IBM437)).

After removing the Artifact, the export was successful.
