Add ability to filtering on Deployment overview page

On Bamboo it is possible to filter the Build plans
As wa have a lot of deployment projects the <bamboo base url>/deploy/viewAllDeploymentProjects.action takes several seconds to load
To make it faster we could use a filter like the build page has
