Inject bamboo variables into SSH Tasks

Either always or via a selection, bamboo variables should be able to be exported into the ssh session automatically. We prefer to keep the bash scripts in source control, deploy with artifacts, then invoke as a single line command in the SSH task. However as it stands, we have to export all of the bamboo variable values in the inline script in the SSH task to get them into the environment.
