1. install Bamboo and do not create any plan just yet
2. go to "Bamboo administration >> Overview >> Security >> Groups" and add a new group (i.e.: bamboo-sample)
3. go to "Bamboo administration >> Overview >> Security >> Global Permissions" and add the group with the following permissions:
