Problem Definition

Customers may have security policies that require strict control of user access to linked repositories. Bamboo does not allow the permissions of a linked repository to be set during the creation process, nor the ability to change the default permissions, so newly created repositories are visible to all logged in users upon creation.

Suggested Solution

Change the default permissions for newly created repositories so that "logged in users" is unchecked by default

Workaround

At present users must immediately correct permissions after creating linked repositories and must also review the creation of all linked repositories to ensure the correct permissions have been set by other admins
