Allow IP range in remote trigger

Bitbucket are changing their outgoing IP addresses to include a range of 32 addresses instead of the 2 they used to have. This is of course cumbersome to enter into a number of different project's settings so a feature to add IP ranges would be nice, either using CIDR notation or simply with dashes.
