      Problem definition

      Customers sometimes wish to deploy only the artifacts that have changed from the previous deployment, in order to save time and/or bandwidth during the deployment process by preventing the unnecessary copy of unchanged files.

      Suggested Solution

      Add a "Deploy only changed artifacts" option to the deployment plan configuration that only copies artifacts that have changed since the previous deployment
