Using an SCP task will not transfer empty directories

Steps to Reproduce
--------------------------
1.Create an artifact in a build with several files and directories, some empty.
2.Validate that at the end of the build artefacts are generated
3.Create a SCP tasks, and select the artifact to transfer
4.Evaluate the contents at the destination - the empty directories are not copied.

Expected Results
------------------------
Certain applications will need to have empty directories transferred as part of their build. These should be transferred as well

Actual Results
-------------------
Empty directories are not transferred to the dest system

Workaround
----------------
Create an empty or ignorable file (.Blah) whole should be sufficient to move the directory structure. These could then be easily cleaned once the transfer is complete, leaving the directory empty.
