Implementation of new Docker clients due to deprecation of earlier clients

There is a notice by Docker on the deprecation of earlier clients (which are the ones used by Bamboo at the moment). You can read about the notice from the link below.

Clients earlier than version 1.5 will no longer be usable December 7 on wards. So it is imperative that we get the latest clients on Bamboo before the mentioned date.
