Clover Code Coverage should support multi module maven builds

      The Maven 2 Clover plugin has some issues with multi module builds

      It would be nice if the Clover Coverage in Bamboo could support seperate Clover database and report on them seperately.

      If it is already supported, via bamboo or maven2, then perhaps documentation could show how to support this.
