Bamboo should be able to build to specific revision numbers

      Curently, Bamboo is hard coded to check out and build form the head of a repotiory.

      As per , http://forums.atlassian.com/thread.jspa?messageID=257252971#257252971 users should be able to specify SVN revision numbers when building projects in Bamboo.
