After 5.10-OD-4.1 release, some artifacts are failing to be published

Summary

After release 5.10-OD-04-007, several builds are reporting errors when publishing artifacts.
The error: "Unable to publish artifact" appears in the logs.

Environment

Bamboo Cloud 5.10-OD-04-007

Steps to Reproduce

Not all conditions that cause this problem are known

1. Try running an existing plan that has artifacts to publish

Expected Results

Build runs and artifacts are published.

Actual Results

These errors are present in the logs

Unable to publish artifact [Artifact]: Unable to publish artifact Shared artifact: [Artifact], pattern: [**] anchored at: [.] for ABC-DEFG-JOB1-10 via com.atlassian.bamboo.build.artifact.BambooRemoteArtifactHandler@53e23eb7

Notes

The problem is only affecting local artifact storage.
Remote AWS S3 storage is not affected.

Workaround

Fix
Contact Atlassian Support for a fix. This requires a restart in Bamboo.

Temporary workaround
As a temporary workaround option, you can enable S3 Artifact Storage to publish artifacts to Amazon S3.
