In Bamboo v5.9.x (fresh install) the option to quarantine a test result is not available.

Reproduce

1. install Bamboo v5.8.1
2. create a Project (i.e.: Code), Plan (i.e.: Maven)
3. download maven.tar.gz to the project/plan
4. run build
   The build is going to fail when running a test and the "Quarantine" option IS available
   

Reproduce (fresh install)

1. install Bamboo v5.9.4
2. create a Project (i.e.: Code), Plan (i.e.: Maven)
3. download maven.tar.gz to the project/plan
4. run build
   The build is going to fail when running a test and the "Quarantine" option IS NOT available

Reproduce (from upgrade)

1. export Bamboo v5.8.1 with tests in quarantine
2. install Bamboo v5.9.4
3. import to upgrade
4. go to Project (i.e.: Code), Plan (i.e.: Maven)
5. run build
   The build is going to fail when running a test and the "Quarantine" option IS available

New Feature

Bamboo v5.9.x has a new feature where you can enable/disable Quarantine under "Bamboo administration >> Overview >> Plans >> Quarantine settings". Please, enable it and the Quarantine option will become available in the UI.
