Autocomplete on 'add group' permissions text field

In a build project --> configure plan --> permissions:

Click 'Add Group' button.

There is not auto-complete for the 'Add Group' text field, which does not match the behavior of the 'Add User' text field. We would also like to have groups show up when we start to type.
