FileNotFoundException due to Bamboo fragmenting indexes in ../<Bamboo-Home>/index

      For reasons still unknown, Bamboo fragments the indexes in ../<Bamboo-Home>/index/

      As a result of which, the ulimit on number of files open is reached on the Bamboo machine. 

      java.io.IOException: Too many open files
	at java.io.UnixFileSystem.createFileExclusively(Native Method)
