      Upgrade an Bamboo 5.9 instance to Bamboo 5.9.1. In the "Manage Add-ons" section run the "Bamboo Update Check". UPM (v2.16.2) will incorrectly offer 5.9.1 as an option to validate against, even though Bamboo is already at that version.
