The Deployment project summary page (/deploy/viewDeploymentProjectEnvironments.action?id=X) shows a list of all the environments for the project and the release that each environment is on. It also includes the time/date when the deployment for each environment occurred.

This time/date there is shown using the timezone detected in the user's browser rather than the configured timezone of the server.

Clicking into that environment will show the time in the expected server-configured timezone.

I have attached screenshots illustrating the problematic behaviour (environment overview – showing 10 Jun 2015 11:08 AM) and the correct behaviour (environment detail view – showing 10 Jun 2015 01:08 AM) of the same deployment where the browser is in GMT+10 and the server is in GMT+0.
